These terms govern your use of HomeNode (achryrn.site), the personal platform operated by achryrn, and the services offered through it: including the portfolio, music player, study environment, partner space, technician portal, other tools on this site, and the Achryrn Electronics Service repair business. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Access

Access to HomeNode is granted at the sole discretion of the system administrator. Some areas are public (portfolio, business information, legal pages); others are private and require an account, an invitation, or a token. The administrator reserves the right to revoke access at any time without notice or explanation.

Accounts

Accounts may be created by invitation or through the registration form where available. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

Achryrn Electronics Service

This site hosts the public presence of Achryrn Electronics Service, a repair and technical service business founded by Zachary and Rizky. The following additional terms apply to the business and its services.

Service requests

When you submit a service request, you agree to provide accurate information about your device and the problem. We may contact you to clarify details. Submitting a request does not guarantee that we will accept the job; acceptance is confirmed after the initial assessment.

Diagnosis & estimates

Every job begins with a diagnosis. We inspect the device, run electrical tests, and identify the fault before recommending a repair. You will receive a written cost estimate after diagnosis, and we will not begin repair work without your approval.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed before work begins. Final cost may vary from the estimate if the actual condition of the device or parts availability differs from what was assessed. You will be informed of any change before it affects the work.

Warranty

Repairs are covered by a warranty on the work performed and the parts replaced, as stated on your service receipt. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, physical damage, or water damage after the repair
• Modification or repair by an unauthorized third party
• Pre-existing faults unrelated to the work performed

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for backing up any data on your device before service. We are not responsible for data loss, and software updates or resets may be required as part of a repair. Please remove any sensitive or personal items from the device before handing it over.

Acceptable use

Users agree to use HomeNode in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to access areas or data for which you have no authorisation
• Uploading malicious content (malware, exploits, etc.)
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Deliberately degrading platform performance or availability

Data & content

Users are responsible for the content they upload and share through HomeNode. The administrator makes no guarantee of data persistence. Backups are performed at the administrator's discretion. Users should maintain their own copies of important data.

No warranty & limitation of liability

HomeNode is provided without any warranty, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform or its services. This is a personal project, not a commercial service, with the exception of the paid repair services offered by Achryrn Electronics Service.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
