HomeNode is a self-hosted personal infrastructure dashboard provided as-is for the use of its creator and authorised guests. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Access

Access to HomeNode is granted at the sole discretion of the system administrator. Accounts may be created by invitation or through the registration form. The administrator reserves the right to revoke access at any time without notice or explanation.

Acceptable use

Users agree to use HomeNode in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to access areas or data for which you have no authorisation
• Uploading malicious content (malware, exploits, etc.)
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Deliberately degrading platform performance or availability

Data

Users are responsible for the content they upload and share through HomeNode. The administrator makes no guarantee of data persistence. Backups are performed at the administrator's discretion. Users should maintain their own copies of important data.

No warranty

HomeNode is provided without any warranty, express or implied. The administrator is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform. This is a personal project, not a commercial service.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
